Captain Mike Rivera
Founder and lead captain. Mike has run boats out of Aldenaire harbor for twenty-two years and still takes the sunset cruise himself most Fridays.
Laura Chen
First mate and naturalist. Laura keeps the wildlife log and spots the harbor seals first.
Tomás Ortega
Dockmaster and bookings. Tomas answers the phone, ties the lines and makes sure every family gets the right life jackets.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Aldenaire Boat Tours wants every guest on the water with a clear head. Here is exactly what happens if plans change.

Weather cancellations are on us: if the captain calls off a departure for wind, lightning or swell, you get a full refund or a free move to any date on our tours page or the same page.
Sea sickness, a late arrival or a missed ferry connection are <em>not</em> weather and follow the table above.
How to cancel
- Reply to your booking confirmation email, or
- Call the dock office at (555) 010-2200 between 8 am and 6 pm.
Refunds return to the original card within 5 to 7 business days.
